Our refurb service is easy.
10 Steps to breath new life into tired coffee machine.
Just click on info@guzelcoffee.com and email us your -
- Company name and address.
- Contact name and numbers.
- Name of the machine and serial number if available.
- Description of any issues that you may be aware of.
- Send some photos front, back, sides and inside if possible.
- Click send and we will email your estimate normally within a day or so.
(Remember dont leave anything out no matter how small, that way we can give you a better online estimate to refurbish your machine). - If you decide to go ahead with your estimated quote. We will arrange collection of the equipment.
(please note collection will incur a carriage charge this will be highlighted on you estimate). - Once your machine is received our engineers will comprehensively test it and confirm you estimated
refurbishment quote.
(this may differ from the email quote if other issues are found to be present). - We will email you confirmation of your final quote.
- Just confirm that you wish to proceed with the refurb.
A proforma invoice will be sent for payment and work will begin to breath new life into your trusty old machine, if you do not wish to proceed then you machine will be returned free of charge.
